Welcome to Priory Wines

Our story started just down the road in Christchurch back in 2006. Our founder, Trevor Coles, had a simple vision: to build a business that paired truly excellent wine with the kind of personal service you just don't find much anymore.

Since moving to Lymington in 2010, we’ve grown into the town’s oldest independent wine merchant - a title we wear with a bit of local pride! You’ll find us over at Ampress Park, where we’ve got a shop and warehouse with plenty of dedicated parking (so you never have to worry about finding a spot).

Try Before You Buy: There’s almost always a bottle open on the counter. Feel free to pop in for a taste and a chat!

Something Different: We specialise in affordable, high-quality labels and fine wines you won't find on a supermarket shelf.

Local Spirits & Brews: We also stock a curated selection of beers and spirits from right here in our neck of the woods.

Making Life Easier

We know you can't always make it into the shop, so we’re happy to bring the cellar to you. We offer free local delivery on orders of six bottles or more.

Planning a bit of a do? Whether it’s a milestone birthday or a local event, we offer tailored advice to help you pick the right quantities, plus free glass hire to make sure your party goes off without a hitch.
