Lunetta Zero Alcohol NV

Lunetta Zero is a non-alcoholic drink produced from selected Moscato and Chardonnay grape musts. The result of much research and innovation, this joins Cavit's succesful Lunetta range, and is a great zero alcohol alternative to wine without losing flavour.

Bunches of Moscato and Chardonnay grapes are picked slightly early to maintain crisp acidity. They're destemmed and softly pressed and the resulting must is filtered immediately and stored in refrigerated tanks to prevent any alcoholic fermentation. Carbon dioxide is added to give an appealing fizz to the non-alcoholic base, whilst enhancing the fresh aromas.

Delicate grapey aromas enhanced by notes of tropical fruits. Fresh and rounded lemon and grapefruit characters on the palate with natural sweetness balanced by crisp and zesty acidity.

Serve chilled, with cakes and desserts, or as part of a non-alcoholic fruity cocktail
