Made from a selection of wines that are chosen for the intensity of aromas and freshness. This blend is then gently de-alcoholised through a vacuum distillation process with temperatures never going above 35 degrees to ensure the freshness and aromas of the wine are preserved.

Pretty aromas of freshly cut white peach and crunchy red berries. The palate is clean, fresh and juicy with a touch of sweet peach fruit.

An ideal match for a summer salad or as an aperitif.
