The grapes for this 100% Sauvignon Blanc are sourced from Gascony where Sauvignon Blanc typically displays excellent varietal purity and from cooler sites in the Languedoc. The Languedoc has a a warm mediterranean climate so by selecting cooler sites where their flavours can develop fully whilst retaining their deliciously zippy acidity and characterful flavours.

Classic, well-balanced Sauvignon Blanc from southern France with herbaceous aromas and crisp green apples on the palate. Drink on its own, well chilled, or try with tapas -the racy acidity in the wine makes it a great match for seafood in particular - boquerones anchovies would be fantastic!
